Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AiDamsole Agile Services Private Limited, we aim to deliver the highest quality of services to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for the services we provide.
- General Terms
This policy applies to all services provided by AiDamsole Agile Services Private Limited, including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Web Development, Software Development, and Graphics Design. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
- Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not generally provided unless explicitly mentioned in the written agreement. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the agreed services due to internal errors on our part.
- If the project is canceled by AiDamsole Agile Services Private Limited before any work has commenced.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Payments made for services already delivered or in progress.
- Custom-designed solutions, including graphics, software, and web projects, once approved by the client.
- Charges for third-party tools, platforms, or subscriptions incurred on behalf of the client.
2.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to sales@damsole.com within seven (7) days of the issue. The request must include:
- Your name, contact information, and project details.
- A clear explanation of the issue and reason for requesting a refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed within fourteen (14) business days, and the outcome will be communicated to you in writing.
- Cancellation Policy
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project, the following terms will apply:
- Before Project Commencement: If the project is canceled before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative fees and costs incurred.
- After Project Commencement: If the project is canceled after work has begun, no refund will be provided. You may be liable for costs associated with the work completed up to the cancellation date.
3.2 AiDamsole-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Breach of the Terms of Service by the client.
- Failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or materials to complete the project.
- Non-payment or delayed payment of invoices.
In such cases, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.
- Exclusions
Refunds and cancellations for services involving third-party platforms, tools, or subscriptions are subject to the respective third-party provider’s policies.
- Amendments to This Policy
AiDamsole Agile Services Private Limited reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
